I called in and spoke with Brenda as I kind of missed a payment but I didn’t actually miss it and we discussed how I can manage not missing the payment in the future. She was so lovely to deal with and definitely helped with my anxiety about the situation.

I Initially called in regarding a car loan and wrong information on my credit report. I was speaking with a lady representative and she basically told me to call equifax and that she couldn’t send me the information I needed, she then proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and got a representative on the line by the name of Joe G. He was absolutely amazing, helped me with every thing that the previous agent said they couldn’t do. He went above and beyond. Extremely thankful I got him on the line.

Dorothy who i spoke with was very clear and understandable in how she spoke and related the information in a very easy and straightforward way, was able to understand my questions aswell and just overall made the experience alot more bearable wich is always nice when having to discuss money. Trainee’s could learn alot about how she conducts herself in her customer service.

I am a new customer with Santander and am absolutely pleased with their service provided by all their staff. They are all friendly helpful and knowledgeable. I have never waited more then 5 minutes for a response either by email, phone or text. I absolutely love the text option. Thank you again to Rowena and all the other helpful staff!!

I always have good and prompt service every time I need to change anything with my car loan. Everyone is courteous and understanding. Even when a mistaje was made, they took full accountability and fixed it. It's nice to feel secure about my car loan!
