Dorothy who i spoke with was very clear and understandable in how she spoke and related the information in a very easy and straightforward way, was able to understand my questions aswell and just overall made the experience alot more bearable wich is always nice when having to discuss money. I am a new customer with Santander and am absolutely pleased with their service provided by all their staff. They are all friendly helpful and knowledgeable. I have never waited more then 5 minutes for a response either by email, phone or text. I absolutely love the text option. Thank you again to Rowena and all the other helpful staff!!

I always have good and prompt service every time I need to change anything with my car loan. Everyone is courteous and understanding. Even when a mistaje was made, they took full accountability and fixed it. It's nice to feel secure about my car loan!
